Meet The Face Behind Indie Bookkeeping
I’m Amanda Crossley, the proud owner of Indie Bookkeeping.
I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
After my youngest child was born, I wanted to have the flexibility to spend more time with my loved ones, which made me ponder over a few career choices.
Since I enjoyed working with money and was entrusted with maintaining the budgets of my family for years, I felt a role in accounting would be perfect.
So I decided to take the many skills that I refined in my previous jobs and combine them with my education, which resulted in me opening a small bookkeeping firm in 2021.
I assist business owners and independent contractors in keeping their books in order by paying close attention to detail. My accurate record-keeping makes clients more productive and provides peace of mind.
Therefore, I always strive to offer the best advice possible, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart is that I’m cooperative. It includes being readily available to answer any of my clients’ questions in an honest and transparent manner.
I also attribute my success to my time management, which leads to efficient outcomes. As a result, when I can create more time for passionate entrepreneurs to focus on the areas of their business that they truly love, it makes me proud. It also empowers them to use the extra hours to share their talent with their customers, which is rewarding.
When I’m not analyzing my client’s financial statements, I enjoy spending quality time with my spouse and children, baking, gardening, and doing projects around my home.
I also support The Canadian Cancer Society and the Alzheimer Society of Canada, two causes close to my heart.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
If you or someone you know could benefit from my expertise as a small business bookkeeper in Ajax, ON, I invite you to get in touch. Please visit my website at www.indiebookkeeping.ca.
Sincerely,
Amanda
