About Indie Bookkeeping
We are a bookkeeping service based in the Durham region of Ontario, specializing in helping small businesses and independent contractors keep their financial records in order. From assistance with data entry, accounting software, tax preparation, and regular reports on the financial state of your business, we are the best choice for you and your business.
As a business with vast, remote operating capabilities, our clients send us their paperwork regularly. We can meet via phone, video chat, or in-person for regular status meetings or simply to answer questions. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We see clients from across Ajax, Durham Region, GTA, and the surrounding areas.

While we are passionate about what we do, we also care about protecting the environment. To do our part, we strive to be as paperless as possible. We know that we have to keep track of the paper receipts provided by our clients, but electronic receipts are not printed unless necessary, and all communications are kept in a digital format that is attached to the client’s files.
